Appalachian Health Awareness

In an effort to better serve our listeners all over the Central and Eastern Kentucky region, WSKV has launched the Appalachian Health Awareness Campaign to educate and empower listeners by sharing important health information. The Campaign kicked off at the start of March with the National Nutrition Month public service announcements made possible by United Clinics of Kentucky Beattyville and in Campton.

Future campaigns on the calender to increase health awareness are Stress Awareness, Men’s Health, Mental Health Awareness, and more. It is our hope that partnering with area health care professionals to deliver important health information to our audience, we can have a positive effect on the overall health of the region. After all, the people of Appalachia are our most valuable resource!

Partnerships for the WSKV Appalachian Health Awareness Campaign are still available at incredibly low rates. Call WSKV today at 606-663-2811 to find out how your business can help.
